Modeling and research of clusters structure will givemankind an alternative energy source, creation of chips in the size in some nanometer, devices of memory with superdense record of the information, integrated quantum schemes, will allowto find out their influence on an environment. Themost difficult case is to simulate the collision between clusters. The purpose of this paper is to present the idea ofmethod to simulate the collision between clusters.
